Physical Awareness

Programming for Backpacking Weekend 

This weekend Focuses on Physical Awareness and is a 2 day backpacking retreat. We will meet Friday at 3:00 pm and run until Sunday 12:00pm. We will hike 12+ miles over the 2 days and see 5 to 6 waterfalls. We will decide as a group if we want to create a base camp or carry our packs as we explore. We will provide you basic gear; backpack, tent, hiking poles, camp pad, meals, cooking equipment, cup and spoon. Participants are responsible for additional supplies such as a sleep bag, hiking shoes, rain coat, snacks, toiletries…
